Our hand-blown Weather Glass is a true replica of early 16th and 17th century scientific and domestic barometers. Its walnut wood stand features hand-turned brass feet and a solid brass drip cup. A hand blown teardrop shaped weatherglass is suspended from an elegant brass arch. Its design is reminiscent of 18th century scientific instruments from the private collection of King George III. It functions as well as it did hundreds of years ago, unfailingly indicating changes in atmospheric pressure.
