Return Policy
The Weather Workshop offers a 30-day return policy on most items based on manufacturer return policies. Please call us first at 1-877-771-7051 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday,or e-mail us at customerservice@theweatherworkshop.com to verify and arrange a return.
All products returned must be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please notify The Weather Workshop immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify The Weather Workshop of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Customer Support at 1-877-771-7051 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned to The Weather Workshop within 30 days from the invoice date for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. NON-DEFECTIVE returns are accepted by The Weather Workshop within 30 days from the invoice date. Shipping charges on non-defective returned items are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refunded. A 15% re-stocking fee is charged on certain items. After 30 days, all manufacturers warranties apply.
