Complete Return Policy and Instructions

If you are not satisfied with the operation of your product, you are free to return it to us within 30 days of purchase using the return procedures outlined below. You will be refunded the full product price and return shipping charges if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Steps in Making a Return

1. Contact us at customersupport@theweatherworkshop.com or 1-937-862-5163.

2. We will issue a "call tag" for UPS to come to your home or business and pick up your return. If you are unavailable, they will leave a return lable at your door. Please attach the return label to the original box, reseal and drop off at an authorized UPS shipping outlet in your area.

2. We will not accept packages returned to us COD. Such packages will be returned to sender.

3. You will not be refunded for any item which has been damaged due to mishandling, misuse, alteration while in your possession, or damaged goods from improper packaging during return shipping.

4. SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKING ITEMS, FILLERS, PRINTED MATERIAL, AND INSERTS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE IN CASE YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT FOR SOME REASON.

5. Upon our receiving the product(s) your account will be credited for the original purchase price of the product.

FRAUD POLICY: The Weather WorkShop strongly believes in eliminating fraud on the Internet and by the mail. WE WILL PROSECUTE ANY ATTEMPT AT FRAUD TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
